Title: "Igniting Patient Blood Management in LATAM and Africa: Education, Collaboration, and Impact"
Objective 1:  Showcase the educational strategies that have catalyzed PBM adoption in Latin America and Africa, highlighting the role of the WFSA, SIAPBM, and IFPBM in developing facilitators and local champions through structured courses, webinars, and regional pilots.
Objective 2:  Demonstrate how collaborative partnerships between global and regional societies have transformed PBM from an individual initiative into a system-level movement, emphasizing sustainability, policy alignment, and integration into health systems.

Title: "Factor Concentrates in Surgery: Rationale for Change"
Objective 1: Summarize the latest clinical evidence on the efficacy and safety of coagulation factor concentrates in surgical and perioperative bleeding management, highlighting randomized trials and real-world data
Objective 2:  Encourage a paradigm shift toward precision-guided, factor-based hemostatic therapy, addressing common barriers and misconceptions that limit adoption in low- and middle-income settings.
