SABM 2012 Annual Meeting Site Proposals

The Society for the Advancement of Blood Management is now accepting proposals from members to host the 2012 SABM Annual Meeting in, or near, their city. Only proposals from cities on the East Coast of the United States will be considered this year.

Proposals will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Those approved will give a five-minute presentation on Saturday, September 25, 2010 during the Business Meeting at the Annual Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The presentation should include a statement explaining why the SABM 2012 Annual Meeting should be held in their city as well as provide information about their institution's blood management program (if applicable). After the presentations, voting by the members in attendance will take place. The winning location will be announced at the close of the Business Meeting.
