All room reservations MUST be made through Harmony Adventures at the time that you register for the conference. If you do not make your room reservations through Harmony Adventures the Moon Palace will assess a $300 fee. This fee is imposed in order to gain access to all group functions. The Moon Palace is provided with a list of attendees and guests that have booked through Harmony Adventures. If your name is not on this list you will not be issued the assigned colored wristband for the conference. Those individuals entering the conference without the correct colored wristband will be directed to the front desk to pay this fee. Individuals that choose to stay at a different resort will need to purchase a daily wristband as a cost of $85 in order to gain access to the Moon Palace grounds. Time Share and Palace Premier guests must also pay this fee.

Ground Transportation
Included in the room rate is ground transportation to and from the airport from and Palace Resort location. Transportation to the Cozumel Palace will only be to and from the Playacar Palace which is just steps from the ferry.

NOTE: You will need your flight information available when you make your room reservation so that ground transportation can be arranged accordingly.
