Registration Information

Annual Meeting registration fees include access to exhibit and poster halls, break-out sessions, general sessions, industry symposia, meeting materials, coffee breaks, opening evening reception, and a registration bag.

One-year FULL or Affiliate membership applications received within 60 days of registration will receive a discount on the meeting registration equal to 50% of the dues ($83 or $55).

Online registration is now closed. You can register starting at 6pm on September 22, 2010 at the SABM registration desk in the Sheraton Puerto Rico Convention Center Hotel.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Refund request should be submitted in writing to SABM by August 23, 2010. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. We regret that refunds cannot be allowed for requests postmarked or received after August 23, 2010. Substitutions are not allowed.

LATIN AMERICA ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION FEE
Individuals residing in Latin America countries receive a 50% discount on the meeting registration fee. Click here to view the countries that are eligible.

Note: Discount does not apply to: students/interns/residents or the Pre-Conference Education Session fee.

SPOUSE REGISTRATION
SABM's "spouse" registration is designed to allow significant others of paid meeting attendees to join in the meeting. Spouse/partner registrants are invited to attend all sessions and events. Spouse/partner registrants receive the same benefits as the primary registrant for a minimal fee of $100.00 USD.

If a spouse wishes to attend any of the "fee" sessions, they will be required to pay the same session fee as a member.

SPECIAL ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS
We encourage participation by all individuals. If you require special accommodations in order to fully participate in the meeting, please send a written description of your needs along with your registration form no later than August 6, 2010.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If items on the daily, pre-arranged menu do not meet your special dietary requirements, (i.e., if you are diabetic, allergic, or a vegetarian) an alternate option can be made available. Please inform the server at the beginning of the session that you would like an alternate selection. Should you require kosher meals or other dietary considerations, please indicate your needs on the registration form or send an email to: info@sabm.org.

Note: Attire for the Annual Meeting is business casual.
