Cancellation Policy

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the SABM Offices by August 27, 2008. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. We regret that refunds cannot be allowed for requests postmarked or received after August 27, 2008. Substitutions are not allowed. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after August 27, 2008. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 days after the last day of the meeting.
