Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to SABM. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until August 15, 2005, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less $75 for administrative expenses. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after August 15, 2005. Group registrations are not eligible for refunds.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Please inform the hotel directly about any changes regarding arrival and departure dates. Please note: The hotel reserves the right to charge no-show fees and lost room nights, such as later arrival and earlier departure, occurred later than August 15, 2005. SABM is not responsible for delegates hotel reservations.
